Events and Gatherings
Caring for kids from hard places does not have to be a journey you take alone. There are others just like you who understand what the journey is like and are here to be a community of support for you.
At Foster Village, we help bring this community together and provide fellowship, camaraderie, relief and resources for foster, kinship, and adoptive parents who need to know they are not alone.

Monthly Gatherings
Our monthly Moms Gathering is a time for foster, kinship, and adoptive moms to connect and decompress. Get a babysitter or bring the kids for great food, drinks, and good conversation with other like-minded mommas.

Join us for our upcoming Dads Gathering. This open group of guys gets together on the third Tuesday of every month at Radio Coffee. Invite your friends and mark your calendar to join us! This is a safe space for foster, kinship, and adoptive dads to meet, eat, and share with those that get it.

Foster, adoptive, and kinship caregivers - we'd love for you to join us for this month's Caregiver Gathering - an evening designed to help you connect with others as you gain helpful resources and tools for the journey. Join us to meet other caregivers around Foster Village and enjoy a complimentary dinner!

If you're a foster parent who would love a place to learn about navigating the sometimes complicated relationship with biological familiy, this gathering is for you! Join us as we share resources and best practices for the reunification process, and learn to be a healthy, relational support not only for the children in your care, but for the whole family.
Regular Events
Come enjoy coffee and conversation while your kids enjoy themselves at our Seize the Play Day! We'll have some volunteers there to help hang out with the kids and lead a sensory craft activity, while you enjoy getting to know some other families around Foster Village.
Foster parents, you deserve a day off! We regularly host a fun-filled evening for your kiddos, so you can enjoy a few hours of kidless freedom. Space is limited, so claim your spot early!
